Viktor Isaković was born in Belgrade. He completed his undergraduate studies in the class of Prof. Ljubiša Petruševski at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade. He is a multiple laureate of national and federal competitions, both in chamber music and as a soloist.

He has performed with numerous symphony and chamber orchestras in Serbia and the region, including the Belgrade Philharmonic, the Art Ensemble Stanislav Binički, and St. George Strings.

He is a regular guest musician with the orchestras of the National Theatre, the RTS Symphony Orchestra, the Sarajevo Philharmonic, and others.

Since 1998, he has been a permanent member of the Stanislav Binički Art Ensemble of the Ministry of Defense, serving as principal oboist. He has also gained extensive teaching experience as an oboe professor at the Music School Josip Slavenski in Belgrade.
