(Belgrade, 1978) graduated in 2002 at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade in the class of Professor Mladen Đorđević. He finished postgraduate studies in 2005 at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo in the class of Professor Bengt Eklund.


He has performed as a soloist with the Serbian Radio Television Symphonic orchestra, the Symphonic orchestra of Niš, the Orchestra of the Guards and the Military Artistic Ensemble “Stanislav Binički". In 2005 he performed A. Arutjunjan’s Concerto for trumpet and orchestra with the Norwegian radio orchestra in Oslo, and the recording of the concert was listed into the sound archives of the Norwegian radio and has been broadcasted several times.

 

As a chamber musician he has performed with a number of ensembles. The most prominent of these performances are the Baroque Music Concert at the ‘Organ Days’ Festival (2007) and his performances with Isidora Žebeljan’s Chamber Orchestra at Bregenzer Festspiele and in the Neue Oper Wien (2008). He is currently playing with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra and teaching trumpet at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade.
